Firm (team) $700/mo

The same engine: your own hydrology & WQMP submittals, verified before the counter. 5 seats included; added seats $99/mo each.

Plan-Check Firm pilot $2,500/mo

Reviewer mode: hydrology & WQMP verification of every submittal that lands on your review desk, from any firm, across the cities you review for. Findings return as a cited draft comment letter. Scales to an annual agreement at renewal.

City / Agency $12,000/yr + $5,000/yr per reviewer seat

Reviewer mode for city staff: hydrology & WQMP verification of incoming submittals, the agency's own methodology cartridge, and throughput reporting.

Term and billing. Practice, Firm and the Plan-Check Firm pilot are month to month, invoiced monthly in advance. City / Agency is a 12-month term, invoiced annually in advance. Plans renew automatically; either side ends a plan by written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends (Agreement, Section 4.1). Invoices are due net 15 for Practice, Firm and the Plan-Check Firm pilot, and net 30 for City / Agency, by ACH (preferred) or check to Christiansen & Company; bank details come with your invoice.

Founding firms. The first 10 firms to subscribe keep the price on their Order Form for 24 months from their start date; the renewal increase in Agreement Section 3 does not apply during that time. Your countersignature email gives your founding number.

Verification covers hydrology studies and WQMPs, recomputed, cited, and cross-checked against each other. It is not a full plan check of grading, hydraulics, or other disciplines, and it is a software product, not engineering services.

3 · Acceptance

By typing your name below and submitting, you represent that you are authorized to bind the Customer named above, and the Customer agrees to this Order Form and the Master Subscription Agreement it incorporates. This Order Form is effective when countersigned by ParcelOne National, which will be confirmed by email. You will not be invoiced before that confirmation.
